With over 21 years of experience in the subsidised dance sector, Katie Bough is a dedicated arts manager specialising in finance, operational and project management. Katie has worked with GCC in various capacities for over 10 years, helping support the organisation through company incorporation and the transition from project to National Portfolio Organisation funding. In addition to GCC, Katie is a long-term collaborator of Vincent Dance Theatre and has supported other freelance clients including Theo Clinkard Dance. Passionate about arts that moves people emotionally and has a critical enquiry, Katie is committed to facilitating artistic excellence while ensuring financial and operational stability.
