A dynamic, strategic arts leader, Deb’s been at the cutting edge of innovative performance for over 40 years’ experience. She’s worked as Executive Director for companies across difference disciplines including the radical producing organisation Artsadmin, the groundbreaking chamber music organisation, Music in the Round, pioneering Site Gallery and Danceworks. She co-founded and worked for many years with international touring theatre company, Forced Entertainment, was the producer for DV8 Physical Theatre and many others, producing and touring their work around the world. As a freelance consultant, she’s mentored and supported Gary Clarke Company, Action Hero, The Bare Project and RivelinCo through understanding their strengths and the markets they work in to collaboratively facilitate their growth.
Deb is also a trained and accredited counsellor (NCPS) and has a private psychotherapy practice specializing in bereavement, loss and end of life support.
